- How good is the voice quality?
We use a codec that provides sound quality as good as mobile phones do.
The sound quality also depends on the load of your network. Usually, corporate and home networks have enough
bandwidth for VoIP conversations and you should experience the best sound quality in such environments.
The sound quality for talks over the Internet depends on your internet connection type and bandwidth as well
as on its current load. If you download files or have a video conversation over the Internet
this could consume lots of your Internet connection bandwidth and the sound quality could be poor.
For good sound quality over the Internet make sure you have at least 5 K bytes per second (40 Kbps) bandwidth allocated for your talk.
If you experience bad sound quality, try stop file downloads, video sessions, web cams and browsing.
